Refund Policy

If the Full Suite isn’t for you, tell us within 14 days of purchaseand we will refund your payment in full — no interrogation, one honest question at most (“what didn’t work?”), because it helps us improve.

Two guards keep the guarantee honest:

• Consumption cap. The guarantee applies if you have completed fewer than 8 paid modules across the suite (beyond your free-trial ten — plenty to judge whether the method fits you). If you have completed more than that within your first 14 days, a refund is at our reasonable discretion; finishing most of the course and then requesting a refund is not something we honor.
• One guarantee per person. The 14-day guarantee can be used once per customer. If you refund and later repurchase, the repurchase is final.

• The Free Trial— it’s free; there is nothing to refund. You can stop using it and withdraw marketing consent at any time.
• Requests made after the 14-day window, except where a refund is required by applicable law.
• Purchases terminated for material breach of the Terms (for example, redistributing course content).

Email christiandalsgaard8@gmail.com from your account email with the subject “Refund”. Include the approximate purchase date. We confirm within 2 business days; approved refunds go back to your original payment method via Stripe, typically appearing within 5–10 business days depending on your bank. Course access ends when the refund is issued; your saved worksheet answers remain available to your account.

Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank — we resolve legitimate issues faster than a chargeback does. Chargebacks filed on purchases that were validly delivered and outside this policy may result in suspension of the associated account, and we reserve the right to contest them with evidence of access and use.

Purchases made at a promotional price are refunded at the amount you actually paid. If you purchase from a jurisdiction whose consumer law grants you rights beyond this policy (for example, the EU/UK 14-day withdrawal right for digital content), nothing here limits those statutory rights. By purchasing and accessing the course immediately, you consent to immediate delivery of the digital content; our 14-day guarantee is designed to meet or exceed the protection that withdrawal rights would otherwise provide.
