Telos is a self-guided course for people who feel the quiet signal that their current path isn’t it — and want a rigorous way to find the one that is. No personality quizzes, no vague affirmations: a structured, evidence-first method that reads your own history for the pattern it already contains, then helps you build a direction that can fund your life.
How we work
The method was born in engineering, where the first answer is never the real one. We apply the same root-cause discipline to direction: gather the raw signals (what you reach for when nothing is required of you), compress them into a testable through-line, and then run small, honest experiments until the evidence says you’ve found it.
The full suite is four certification courses — Body, Mind, Direction, and Self; 240+ self-guided modules in all — each module with an interactive worksheet that compiles into your personal, printable Assessment. Ten modules of any course are free.
